Help inside the app
The app shows your team the way

- A checklist of the five setup steps that ticks itself off
- An explanation of each screen via the i button in the bottom right, and an ⓘ next to every setting
- A full guided tour of every screen
Subscription and usage
A fixed subscription, plus what you use
To scan sources and have AI assess vacancies, Nice Hunt relies on external scanning and AI services. Their cost depends on how much you scan. That’s why we work with a fixed subscription and a monthly cap on usage, agreed in advance. You choose what you take: client tracking, New Business, or both.
Subscription
Fixed monthly fee
Your own environment in your branding, hosting, backups, updates and a dedicated point of contact at Nicebyte.
Usage
Depends on how you use it
Scanning sources and the AI assessment of vacancies. The more clients, sources and scan rounds, the higher the usage.
Monthly cap
No surprises
We agree a cap in advance that suits your agency. Nicebyte is alerted before you get close to it, so we can adjust in good time.
What determines usage?
- Number of clients
- Sources per client
- How often automatic scans run
- Extra rounds for favourite clients
- Indeed search by company name
- Market scans for New Business
- Vacancies assessed by AI

Which sources does Nice Hunt scan?
Your client’s careers page, Indeed and LinkedIn. You decide per client which sources are included. If a client has no Indeed link, Nice Hunt can also search Indeed by company name. If a site doesn’t work properly, you switch that source off and the others simply carry on. See also how to collect job postings from LinkedIn and Indeed automatically.
How often does Nice Hunt scan?
On the schedule you choose, for example every Tuesday and Friday at 06:00. You can have favourite clients scanned more often, with a few extra rounds per day. In between, you can always scan a single client or everything at once with one click; if a scan is already running, the next one joins the queue.
How does the AI match work?
AI reads every vacancy and compares it with your own list of job titles. For each vacancy you see whether it’s a match, on which job title, and why.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. With the Excel template you add your entire list to Nice Hunt in one go, including the account manager for each client. If your list uses different column headings, AI recognises which column is which. You check everything before it goes in.
Can we switch over from our current system?
Yes. You import your existing vacancies, job titles and account managers from Excel or CSV, including an export from another system. You see in advance what will be added and what is already there; duplicate vacancies are recognised.
Do account managers get an email about new vacancies?
Yes. Star a client and the account manager receives an email as soon as a new, relevant vacancy is found there. There is also a weekly digest with the new vacancies at their own clients. Emails only go to addresses on your agency’s own domain, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Do we also see vacancies at companies that aren’t clients yet?
Yes, that’s what New Business is for. With a market scan you search the whole market by job title, postcode and radius. You leave out your own clients and competitors with a single tick. Read how to find new clients this way.
How is this different from a vacancy database such as Jobdigger or Jobfeed?
A vacancy database collects online job postings from across the Netherlands, for purposes such as lead lists and labour market analysis. Nice Hunt starts from your own client list: for each client it tracks the careers page, Indeed and LinkedIn, assesses vacancies against your own job titles and lines everything up per account manager. The two can be used side by side. See the comparison.
Can Nice Hunt use our own branding?
Yes. You get your own environment with your logo, colours and your own web address, such as youragency.nicehunt.app or an address on your own domain.
Do we need to install or manage anything ourselves?
No. Nice Hunt simply runs in the browser. Nicebyte sets up your environment, keeps it running and makes backups. You log in and get started.
Does Nice Hunt work on a phone?
Yes. Nice Hunt works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer. On a small screen the menu slides in and tables turn into clear, compact cards.
Can Nicebyte take a look if we run into a problem?
Yes. With temporary access for half an hour, we can look into your environment without you having to share your access key. It’s read-only: we can’t change anything. While we’re looking, you see a notice at the top of your screen.
Can I use only client tracking, or only New Business?
Yes. You choose client tracking, New Business or both. If you start with one, you can switch on the other later.
What happens when the monthly cap is reached?
Then no new scans start for the rest of that month; a scan that’s already running simply finishes its round. In the app you can always see what percentage of your monthly allowance has been used, and Nicebyte is alerted well in advance, so we can look at it together: scan a little less often, or raise the cap.
How much does Nice Hunt cost?
You pay a fixed subscription plus the usage of the external scanning and AI services: scanning sources and the AI assessment of vacancies. How much usage that comes to depends on which modules you choose, the number of clients, the sources per client and how often automatic scans run. We agree a monthly cap in advance, so you won’t face any surprises. Book a demo for a tailored proposal.
