What is Nice Hunt?
Nice Hunt is job vacancy monitoring and business development software for recruitment agencies, staffing agencies and secondment firms in the Netherlands. Nice Hunt automatically checks the careers pages, Indeed and LinkedIn of an agency’s clients and uses AI to judge which new vacancies match the agency’s own job titles. With market scans by job title, postcode and radius it also finds companies that are hiring now and are not yet a client.
Who is Nice Hunt for?
For recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, secondment firms and executive search firms that work with regular clients and want to be the first to know when a client is hiring. Most agencies track tens to hundreds of clients, with one or more account managers.
Which sources does Nice Hunt scan?
For each client: their own careers page, Indeed and LinkedIn. You choose which sources to include per client. If a client has no Indeed link, Nice Hunt can also search Indeed by company name.
How much does Nice Hunt cost?
A fixed monthly subscription plus usage of the scanning and AI services, with a monthly cap agreed in advance. There is no public price list: after a demo you receive a proposal based on your number of clients and how often you want to scan.
What are the alternatives to Nice Hunt?
Manually checking your clients’ websites, job alerts from Indeed, LinkedIn or Google, or a national vacancy database such as Jobdigger or Textkernel’s Jobfeed.
