Nice Hunt started at a recruitment agency that was tired of searching by hand. Nicebyte built it, and now makes it for every agency that wants to be the first to know when a client is hiring.
Why Nice Hunt exists
Built with account managers who were tired of searching.
At a recruitment agency, account managers went through dozens of their clients’ careers pages every week. Time that didn’t go into calling and visiting, and they still often spotted vacancies only after another agency was already at the table. Together with them, Nicebyte built a portal that takes over the searching: Nice Hunt.

The people behind Nice Hunt
Nicebyte is an IT company from Weert, the Netherlands, founded in 2019. Besides Nice Hunt, Nicebyte provides workplaces, networks, security, cloud and telephony for small and medium-sized businesses. You notice that in Nice Hunt: we set up your environment, keep it running, make backups and are there when you need us. Your own, isolated environment
Every agency has its own database. Agencies never see each other’s clients, vacancies or settings.
Only what’s needed
Public job postings, your client list, your job titles and your account managers. Candidate data never goes in.
Encrypted keys
Access keys and the keys of connected services are stored encrypted.
Support only with your knowledge
When Nicebyte helps you with a question, we look along temporarily and read-only. You see it at the top of your screen, and it is logged.
Email only to your own domain
Notifications only go to addresses on your agency’s domain, never contain a login key and include an unsubscribe link.
Your data stays yours
You can export everything at any time. If you stop, we permanently delete your data on request.

Who makes Nice Hunt?
Nice Hunt is made by Nicebyte, an IT company from Weert (Limburg, the Netherlands) that has been providing workplaces, networks, security, cloud and telephony to small and medium-sized businesses since 2019. Nicebyte builds, hosts and supports Nice Hunt and is the single point of contact for every agency. Founder Jordy Smits is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and AI specialist; with AI Training Limburg, Nicebyte also provides AI training.
Where does the data in Nice Hunt come from?
From public job postings on company careers pages, Indeed and LinkedIn, and from what your agency enters itself: your client list, your job titles and your account managers. Nice Hunt does not handle candidate data.
Can Nicebyte look inside our environment?
Only when it’s needed to help you, with temporary read-only access for half an hour. While Nicebyte is looking, you see a notice at the top of your screen, and it is recorded in the log.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export everything to Excel or CSV first. After that, Nicebyte permanently deletes your environment on request, including the backups in the app.
